Jesus Christ
Superstar

Concept Thesis: The crucifixion was alway meant to be the end. As sketched figures enter a black inter-dimension of time, they build the world around them. Their choices and decisions bring light to the darkness, outlining their paths and relationships. This story shows the overlapping connections between the characters, how their decisions, secrets, regrets, and consequences lead to the death of Christ. The characters will be an illusion of two dimensional graffiti drawings.Where the characters are drawings brought to life, the set is a dark world that begins to fill with light. As they physically write their stories on the set, the world around them begins to crumble. There was no one path or choice that led to Jesus’s death, it was all of them and none of them. This was always meant to be the end.
